I have volunteered to do a check each Wednesday of the freezer and refrigerator to remove out-dated and undated items. To insure the safety of our food, we must label all items placed in these units with the date they were stored. If you do not want anyone else to use it, put your name one it. This will not only insure food safety, but prevent throwing away food that is safe to use.
